While the scorecards of our athletes remain the most important metric, external validation from governing bodies provides a clear benchmark of our professional trajectory. Today, I am proud to share that I have been awarded the ISSF B-class coaching license by the International Shooting Sport Federation. This is a merit-based distinction, recognized by the ISSF for my work, coaching track record, and the consistent results achieved by the athletes at the X.9 Athlete Hub. What does this merit-based recognition mean for the X.9 community? This license serves as formal validation that the systems, technical training, and data-driven methodologies we’ve implemented in our Sarajevo-based academy meet the rigorous standards of the international shooting community. Moving forward, this status allows us to: Strengthen Institutional Credibility: Ensuring that our training programs are backed by recognized international authority. Deepen Professional Networking: Opening doors to higher-level collaborations and knowledge-sharing with global experts. Maintain Our Standard of Excellence: Using this recognition as a baseline to push for even greater performance benchmarks for our athletes. My approach has always been about "deliberate growth." Receiving this merit-based license isn't a finish line—it’s confirmation that the path we are on is the right one.
