3. Strength & Conditioning for 10m Air Pistol

Strength & conditioning is an essential—but often overlooked—part of 10m Air Pistol Training.
Improving physical capacity directly supports greater stability, endurance, and shot consistency.

  • Shoulder and arm endurance for holding and controlling the pistol
